Brock University’s partnership with Worldwide Educonnect Inc. can be summarized in a word- success! Recruitment efforts, partnership development and relationship management has improved through our partnership with Worldwide Educonnect in regions where Brock cannot always be present. I regard the staff at Worldwide Educonnect as a crucial part of our trusted team at Brock and attribute much of our international enrollment growth to the efforts of this established partnership.

It is my privilege to offer a few words of support for Worldwide EduConnect. We at Vancouver Island University have been working with Worldwide EduConnect (previously known as Maple Leaf EduConnect) since 2012. Over the years both organizations have grown and changed and yet we have maintained a successful working relationship that continues to be mutually beneficial. We look forward to continuing our association into the future.

An organization's culture is its backbone they say....and that is what has kept WWEC going for the past 13 years! With 6 years at WWEC, I feel I'm valued as an employee and that has developed a sense of belongingness in me. The transparency and honesty with which the organization is run talk volumes about the company's founding members.

An amalgamation of collaboration, innovation, and motivation forms the foundation of a robust company culture that drives both individual and organizational success. The ownness that you get and the confidence the senior management shows in handling the university account is unmatched. In my experience, the organization has an amazing culture that values open communication and collaboration and that has been pivotal. It's enabled me to work alongside a pool of talented team members, contributing my strengths while learning from theirs.

WWEC is a place that gives entrepreneurial wings to its employees to make decisions, implement creative ideas, and execute tasks without micromanagement giving immense confidence in one's abilities and making us more motivated towards our job. We leave people and not organisations and WWEC is a people's place under the exceptional leadership of Vinay. In addition to skills, motivation, and creativity the most important life lesson one can learn at WWEC is to be helpful and humble.

WWEC’s working culture exudes – flexibility and perception towards diversity of thought. Disruption is not seen as a threat but rather an innovation opportunity. For me, ethics go alongside professional growth. Hence having Vinay as a leader fills me with gratitude and makes me feel like a part of something bigger. Here, we talk about opportunities and eventually inculcate the good from every experience in our mentality and become more ... "prejudice-free" individuals.

Peers at WWEC are extremely encouraging and are always around to support at times of need. I completed six years at WWEC, and it has been a wonderful and very enriching experience for me, both professionally and personally. Vinay is an amazing mentor. I remember calling him even at odd times to discuss strategic matters which required immediate attention. For me, this is more than a job. I’m investing my time, my knowledge and experience in a company that is investing in me.

In my, decade and a half of being associated with various industries, I have always sought a rich and diverse workplace with a ‘accomplish more together’ culture. In my journey with WWEC of 6 years so far, I have had the liberty to be an entrepreneur in my own space with loads of learning opportunities. Trust and respect from an astute leader like Vinay have transformed me not only professionally but personally too. Approachable leadership is very important for one to grow and align with one’s commitment and contributions to the organization. Which I know I have at WWEC.

If someone really want to learn and grow in their knowledge and career WWEC is a company which gives the space and support that one can have the time to accommodate and learn from new challenges. The culture is transparent and every employee, irrespective of their position is given a chance to be heard, and there are ample opportunities available to those who want to build a career here.

From the outset, what I sought in a company was a dynamic environment that not only fostered growth but also celebrated individuality. The organization's culture fostering openness and encouraging the acceptance of ideas, providing an environment where I can thrive. I value the opportunities to work as a leader because they not only broaden my skills but also boost my confidence. WWEC has become a compass guiding my path, encouraging me to seek opportunities that align with my values and contribute to the greater good.

Moving through various roles in different organizations, I gained a solid foundation in international higher education. Yet, the most important lesson of being challenged regularly, striving for improvement, and staying ahead of the competition, all the while staying humble is what I learnt at WWEC. In my professional journey spanning, more than four different organizations, I struggled to find a workplace where acknowledgement, discipline and learning seamlessly merged until I joined WWEC (then known as MLEC). This organization stands as a perfect example, ensuring a focus on work expectations without compromising on discipline or the well-being of its employees.

My association with Confederation College goes long back to 14 years. Although it has been only a few weeks of integration with WWEC, but I am very excited and happy to be a part of a larger and diverse consortium of institutions. It is interesting to understand the individual market perspectives from colleagues here as a community. So far the interaction has been with only some of the team members however, I look forward to collaborating closely with everyone and to this journey of a new learning curve, sharing of experiences, and insights.

The friendly atmosphere and supportive team make every day exciting. The organization's commitment to creativity and imagination has allowed me to explore and try out new ideas. The encouragement I receive when I complete my tasks and work gives me a sense of accomplishment and motivates me to keep learning. I love that the organization cares about learning and growing. Grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this organization, where I not only learn valuable skills but also build friendships that make work feel like a joyful and educational playtime.

As they say, a True leader is someone who creates new leaders, that is the way of WWEC I have observed in my journey of 7 years. Fine touches and motivation see you through to become and create more leaders. Assigning Responsibilities with Authority brings Accountability, completes you professionally, and makes you a better person in all attributes of life.

Working with WWEC, I introspect the ways it has moved me towards self-improvisation, a determination to be “the best” at everything, learning from shortcomings and success. The Support and Understanding that meets these have to be Unwavering and come from the Top like the “Domino Effect”.

WWEC is the company where I wanted to work. The work environment always matters to the employee. They always encourage the team to work together. I feel motivated when I get clear directions from my Team leader. I can only achieve my goals when my efforts work with the company's goals. It encourages me to push more and be the best version of myself.

I am so happy to work at WWEC as this is my first job. I have learnt so many things in last 9 months. All team members keep giving me motivation when they appreciate my work. I am happy for the support, understanding and the learning I get from my Team members. I would like to say that I will see myself very expressive and innovative in next 5 years.
